Legendary’s official site announced today that composer Alaxandre Desplat will be scoring their upcoming Godzilla reboot. Desplat’s written for such recent films as ARGO, The King’s Speech, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. His moody, etherially epic style has also been applied to films in the Harry Potter series, so he’s n stranger to science fiction and fantasy. View his full IMDB page HERE.

Desplat has scored Eastern-influenced films in the past, such as Lust Caution. I’ve included a piece of his music below – excited to have more top-list talent supporting this film!
