Kaiju Addicts front shot of Xplus Anguirus vinyl.

I just finished a new review on an old figure over at Kaiju Addicts. This time around it’s the X-Plus Toho 30cm Series Anguirus vinyl figure originally released in 2009. Pretty rare and then pricey when found… but worth the hunt. Although there wasn’t even a hint of it being reissued by X-Plus directly for the North American market via Diamond Distributors, it’s probably only a matter of time before we get to see this guy again.

In the meantime, it wouldn’t hurt to look at one close up. As you can see the detail on this guy is pretty impressive. Not only is it a good likeness, but it sports a lot of nice texturing, individually sculpted teeth and spikes and a (mostly) great paint job.

Don’t forget to click on the photos here for larger views and check out the detail.
